🏡Real Estate Market Update for Ottawa in February 2026 versus February last year. Ottawa had 646 Residential Properties sell in February, 2026, up 0.2%. (includes freehold and condos).
432 sales were freehold, down 0.5%, and 214 were condo sales, up 1.4% over last year.
Breaking down the average prices into houses and condos:
💲The average price for a freehold house in Ottawa for February was $768,855, down 1.9%. This includes detached singles, Townhouses and Semi-Detached homes.
💲The average price for a condominium in Ottawa for February was $419,578 down 2.1%. This includes apartments, row units and stacked-style condos.
❔How long does it take to sell a Home in Ottawa?
Last month Freehold houses took 34 days to sell versus 30 days last year and Condominiums are taking 54 days to sell versus 48 days last year.
