✳️ PROCLAIMED OFFENDER WAS ABSCONDING SINCE LAST 7 YEARS.
✳️ THE ACCUSED WAS DECLARED PROCLAIMED OFFENDER BY THE HON’BLE COURT VIDE ORDER DATED 19.04.2017.

A team of Special Staff, South West District has done a commendable and excellent work by arresting one lady proclaimed offender namely Nirmala Devi W/o Madan Mandal R/o Block B, Rangpuri, Malikpur, Delhi, age 53 years.

INFORMATION & OPERATION:
Keeping in view of the pending cases of proclaimed offenders and to nab the proclaimed offenders, absconding criminals, bail and parole jumpers who are evading the process of law & as per the directions of senior officers, a team comprising HC Ram Niwas, HC Satpal and W/Ct. Nirmala was constituted under the close supervision of Insp Pawan Dahiya, I/C Special Staff, South West District and guidance of Sh. Devender Singh, ACP/Operations, South West District to nab the POs. The team collected technical and manual information to trace the proclaimed offenders. On 27.03.24, secret information was received regarding proclaimed offender Nirmala Devi W/o Madan Mandal residing at Roshan Garden, Najafgarh, Delhi. The team proceeded to the place of information and conducted a raid. The team by showing great sense of responsibility and alertness, successfully apprehended the offender Nirmala Devi W/o Madan Mandal from Roshan Garden, Najafgarh, Delhi.

PROCLAMATION:
On sustained enquiry and checking in police records, the offender Nirmala Devi W/o Madan Mandal was found declared as Proclaimed Offender (PO) in case FIR No. 288/2010, u/s 380/411/34 IPC, PS Vasant Kunj North by the Hon’ble court of Patiala House Court on 19.04.2017.

BRIEF FACTS OF THE CASE:
On 26.08.2010, a case vide FIR No. 288/2010, u/s 380/411/34 IPC was registered at PS Vasant Kunj North on the statement of complainant Surender Kumar Gupta S/o Lt. Sh. Chatan Sroop Gupta R/o Vashant Kunj, Delhi wherein he reported that on 26.08.10 at about 07:00 PM, when he went to buy vegetables, unknown persons stole gold bangles and 3 mobile phones from his house. During investigation, accused Nirmala Devi W/o Madan Mandal was declared as PO on 19.04.2017.

The concerned PS was informed about the arrest of proclaimed offender Nirmala Devi W/o Madan Mandal & she was sent to JC by the Hon’ble court.
