Today I am sharing the authentic mango pickle recipe in Hindi. This is traditional Punjabi style kaccha aam ka achar recipe. And you can store this pickle/ achar for the whole year. The taste will remain the same.
Le'ts have a look to the ingredients required for mango pickle:

carry/ kaccha aam - 2 kg
salt - 400 gm
saunf/ fennel seeds - 100 gm
dana methi/ fenugreek seeds - 100 gm
lal mirch/red chilli powder - 40 gm
haldi/ turmeric powder - 30 gm
kalonji / Nigella - 50 gm
