Do you have a restricted diet, but you'd like to still eat pasta?
Try our Gluten-Free Grain-Free Nut-Free Cassava flour Pasta recipe!
1. Mix together 2 cups cassava flour & 2 teaspoons sea salt in bowl or electric mixer, using the dough hook.
2. Add 4 large eggs
3. 4 Tablespoons organic olive oil and
4. approximately ~ 3-4 Tablespoons organic chicken broth or water until it reaches a consistency that's not too wet/sticky and not too dry/crackly. Kind of feels like playdoh.
5. Cover bowl with towel and let it rest for at least 5 minutes at room temperature.
6. Roll out into the type of noodle you want.
7. Place on wax paper to "dry" about 30 minutes in a cool room. Most of the time our garage is pretty cold!
8. Transfer noodles, still on the wax paper, into an air tight container and place in the frig if using immediately or the freezer for later.
9. Cook pasta in salted boiling water for about 5-7 minutes. Drain and add your favorite sauce. Manja, manja!!
