INSTRUCTIONS:
3 large rutabagas
1 Smoked Turkey Wing
Salt and Pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
First in a large pot boil your turkey wing until tender about an hour and a half to two. Peel and cut your rutabagas into small cube size pieces. When your turkey is finished boiling add your rutabagas, season to taste cook them until tender.
