Hi all,
Today's discussion is about KMP as per The Companies Act, 2013 which has the first time recognized the concept of key management personnel (KMP) to define executive management.
Who is Key Managerial personnel (KMP)?
Ans: The definition is given As per section 2(51) of Companies Act, 2013.
Appointment of Key Managerial Personnel (KMP)
Under Section 203 of Companies Act, 2013 and Companies (Appointment and remuneration of managerial personal) Rules, 2014.
Point Cover:
Appointment of Managing Director, Whole-time Director or Manager
as per Section 196 of Companies Act
Appointment of CS.
Amendment in rule 8A Companies (Appointment and remuneration of managerial personal) Rules, 2014.
