2025 Chasing the King of the Dolomites | Ferrata del Ghiacciaio Antelao Adventure

Описание: One of those unforgettable Dolomites days. 💥 Starting in San Vito di Cadore, I hiked through forest trails, passed Rifugio Scotter, and reached the historic Rifugio Galassi. From there, the adventure kicked up a notch: tackling the Ferrata del Ghiacciaio Antelao to reach the Forcella del Ghiacciaio, right below Monte Antelao (3,263 m) — the King of the Dolomites. 👑⛰️

This ferrata had everything: solid rock, airy ledges, steel cables, and then suddenly… the glacier comes into view. Standing there with the ice, the peaks, and endless sky around me was pure magic. It’s moments like these that remind me why I love chasing high routes.

💡 Heads up: This is serious high-alpine terrain. Snow and ice often linger, so bring the right gear and always check conditions with Rifugio Galassi before heading up.
