This is a video showing some of the body weight exercises that i use in my training. I have been working out with bodyweight exercises only for alittle over 3 years. I train with the bodyweight exercises for increasing strength, explosive power, muscle endurance, agility, functional movement on the feet and the ground, and cardio. I started by working all the muscle groups with beginner exercises which lead to a steady progression and transformation. I do home workouts and find ways to work the upper body, core, and lower body without weights.
