Christ Pentecostal Temple is an affiliate of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World Inc. and a member of the New York State Council of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World Inc. It was founded in 1926 by Pastor Maude Ford, after the passing of Pastor Ford; in 1969 Suffragan Bishop Marion Lockett became the Pastor. Suffragan Bishop Marion Locket passed away in 2003 and in 2004 Suffragan Bishop Derrick Farmer was elected as the new Pastor.
