Another great evening for the Teign Jazz and Blues Club, generously hosted by the Teign Corinthian Yacht Club. For the first half of the gig the club was treated to a feast of gritty Hammond soul jazz, funk & blues by the Stevie Watts Trio; featuring Stevie Watts played organ with Nat Martin on guitar and Vinnie Lammi on drums.
The trio were joined in the second half by Alice Armstrong doing justice to some covers and numbers from their 2020 album ‘Mission To The Moon’.

As always – apologies for the picture and sound, as it impossible to do the performance justice with a single camera and on-camera mic from a seat in the audience. The thrill was the live music and being there. The performance deserved a pro video team, but make the most of this anyway ‘cos its not bad and worth a good listen. Turn it up and share it with the neighbours.
