I turn 40 soon, and over the last few months I’ve been working on getting healthier and more active.
Before my 40th birthday, I’ve set myself a challenge — to climb four Canterbury mountains.
This is the first: Mount Grey.
This isn’t about being a hardcore hiker or chasing records. It’s about showing up, taking control, and seeing what I’m capable of.
