Looking for a pump schedule that works to increase milk supply, easy to remember, is flexible AND includes possible power pumping times?! ⏰
When I was pumping just a few mL at a time, I felt like giving up. But once I figured out a pumping schedule (and threw in some power pumping 💪 plus other hacks), my supply increased steadily with ups and downs over the next two months to over 50 oz a day! 🙌
Here’s why your schedule matters:
✔️ Consistency is key: Pumping regularly signals your body to make more milk
✔️ Empty = More Supply: Fully emptying all the milk often tells your body to refill and boost production
✔️ Power Pumping: Mimics cluster feeding to give your supply a serious boost
💡 Not sure where to start?
1️⃣ Stick to a schedule (every 2-3 hours, even at night in the beginning!).
2️⃣ Add power pumping 1-2 times a day: Pump 20 min, rest 10, pump 10, rest 10, pump 10.
3️⃣ Be patient—it takes time, but it works!
