Описание: Thank you for joining us in this incredible adventure in Utah. Exploring a kaleidoscope of ancient trails and monuments, in the remote region of the desert. In this video, on YouTube channel ‪@offroad801‬ I'll be highlighting other-worldly sights from Goosenecks State Park, Moki Dugway and Natural Bridges - on Trail Of The Ancients. Which hold so many secrets in the American southwest. We venture in to the Four Corners region boondocking/camping to bring you as much exploration as possible. And we'll reach these incredible sights via off roading in and doing some hiking.
On the edge of a deep canyon, Goosenecks State Park will offer you an impressive views of the San Juan River and the results of 300 million years of activity. The steep, scenic and unpaved backway Moki Dugway - Route 261 is a remarkable and dramatic stretch of road carved from steep cliff roads where travelers can see multiple archeological sites and unique formations. It descends 1200 feet from the top of Cedar Mesa. Then we'll take you to Utah's first National Monument - Natural Bridges. Where you can ponder the power of water , in a landscape where ancestral Puebloans once made this their home. Hidden dwellings and ancient ruins were repeatedly occupied and abandoned, beginning in the archaic period. Only the rock art and stone tools left, reveal that humans lived here then. It's clearly evident the ruins and artifacts left behind, can be enjoyed by those of us who relish in history and are able to take these wild journeys through the past, and share with others. No one will ever know for sure, what the hidden mysteries in the cliffs and canyons unveil.
