🧐 WHO AM I? I wish I had this channel when I was at Uni and transitioned into working world and next chapter in my life. It would have certainly made things easier for me. So here I am, 15 years later having a go at making videos and sharing content and tools that are centred around personal and career development of knowledge workers, content for HR Business Partners, psychology, neuroscience hacks that aim to help us work smarter, better and happier. My goal is for you to realise your potential and do something about it. Basically, everything that schools and universities don't cover in great detail.

🤔 What is this video about?
Many workplace challenges stem from asking the wrong questions. The "How Might We" (HMW) approach, introduced by Procter & Gamble in the 1950s and later popularised by IDEO, reframes problems as opportunities for innovation.
Ever since I came across this phrase and I started using it, they way I approach solving problems at work has completely changed the way I do it, how I come across in business meetings and ultimately have amazing business conversations. Give it a go, it is a game changer phrase. It is worth spending time to understand and use it daily.
Why "How Might We" Works:
✔️ "How" encourages exploration.
✔️"Might" keeps possibilities open-ended.
✔️ "We" fosters collaboration.
✔️ Adding "so that we" clarifies the desired outcome.
