WWE signed Will Hobbs from AEW and then quickly debuted him at the WWE Royal Rumble PLE in Saudi Arabia to absolute crickets. Ever since then, the only real mention of Royce Keys - his new name - has been plugging his appearance on Stephanie McMahon's podcast.
So why did WWE sign Will Hobbs in the first place if they weren't going to use him? Just to mess with Tony Khan? Or does WWE have plans for Royce Keys beyond having him wrestle in dark matches and sit around in catering?
Has WWE already given up on Royce Keys...?
