Nkoma SS students share their experiences with MBALE Express TV after two years Covid holiday

Nkoma Secondary School has today distributed scholastic learning materials to senior four learners to help them recover the lost time of lockdown.

Mr. Kawanguzi Abubakr the Headteacher Nkoma SS noted that though there was E-learning on the internet, most if the students didn't benefit from it due to luck if facilities like smartphones and Televisions.

He noted that unlike Kampala schools, Nkoma SS has resorted to distributing the materials to students especially in science subjects of Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics among others.

He appealed to students to desist form selling away the materials to other students noting that it's dangerous to their education. He appealed to the students to stay disciplined and obay their teachers and parents.

Mr. Kawanguzi also revealed that a total of 4164 students have so far reported. 2251 being male and 1913 being female.

He was also delighted to reveal that no breastfeeding nor pregnant student has so far reported.

The students also expressed joy of returning to school and also pledged to make the best use of the materials they received.
