These Cinnamon Cheesecake Muffins are soft, tall, and filled with a creamy cheesecake center — the perfect cozy treat! They bake up beautifully domed and are topped with a simple cinnamon sugar mix that gives every bite the perfect crunch. They’re so easy and SO good!
Ingredients: (Makes 6 Tall Muffins)
Muffin batter:
180g all-purpose flour
1½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
100g brown sugar
56g melted butter (cooled)
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
120g sour cream
Cream cheese filling:
115g cream cheese (softened)
2 tbsp (25g) white sugar
½ tsp vanilla
Cinnamon sugar topping:
2 tbsp (25g) white sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
Bake: 400°F / 200°C for 19–21 minutes (mine were perfect at 20 minutes)
