sweet corn 2 tbsp
chicken tikka, tandoori or boiled chicken 1 cup
macaroni boiled 2 cups

2 BEAN AND CHICKPEA SALAD
white chickpeas boiled 1 cup
black chickpeas boiled 1/2 cup (optional)
kidney beans boiled 1/2 cup
onion 1 small sized chopped
tomato seedless 1/2
green chili crushed 1
mint leaves crushed 1 tbsp
cumin seeds crushed 1/2 tsp
chaat masala 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
tamarind pulp to taste

3 SPAGHETTI SALAD
tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
peri peri sauce 1 tbsp
mustard paste 1 tsp
salt little bit
black pepper 1/4 tsp
capsicum 1/2
tomato seedless 1/2
boiled spaghetti 1 cup or as required

4 VEGGIE SLAD
onion 1/2 cup
cucumber 1/2 cup
cabbage 1 cup
tomato 1/4 cup
green chili crushed 1
mint leaves crushed 1 tbsp
lemon juice
chaat masala little bit
salt little bit
black pepper little bit

5 FRUIT SALAD
cream 2-3 tbsp
mayonnaise 3/4 cup
pineapple juice 2-3 tbsp
lemon juice 1/2 tsp
salt little bit
powder sugar 2 tsp
white pepper 1/2 tsp
apple 1
apricot 2-3
pineapple 1 cup
mango 1 cup
grapes to taste
