Purnima Sinha is a spiritual director and coach with over five decades of meditation practice and a long career in hospital and wellness settings, where she has supported patients and families through serious illness, dying, and grief. Trained in Ultra Transcendental Meditation and Surat Shabd Yoga in India, she later earned certificates in Lifestyle Medicine and in Meditation & Psychotherapy from Harvard Medical School.
