2008/5/12 is a date we will never forget.
On that day, a huge earthquake in my hometown almost took everything.
Two months ago I've got involved into an #art project called '100KM' - a group of artists go to a place #100km far from Chengdu city by random directions then do art... This time we went to Hongbai Town - center of the earthquake back in 2008... I took my binaural recorder there and recorded almost everything.. and made my sound work only by these recordings when I got back to my studio... And the #sound #installation called 'C' - meaning to c things without eyes..
(@ the exhibition on 12th March 2017 @ Liaoliao gallery I created a big and totally dark space for attenders and sound came out from bluetooth in-ear-earphones, even more, I offered goggles for everyone to make sure it's real dark... it may be the right way to listen to it I guess...)

Today is the 9 year anniversary of the #earthquake ... so I'd like to show u this....
