The State Bank of Sikkim has attached two residential properties in Gangtok district after the borrowers failed to repay their loans.
According to Bank, Neol Sharma had taken a principal loan amount of ₹3 crore, while Chungchung Shangderpa had availed a loan of ₹1.20 crore from the bank. Following the default in repayment of the outstanding dues, the bank initiated attachment proceedings against the properties in accordance with banking regulations.
