*DISCLAIMER* I had no intentions of ever uploading this video. But after hearing the incredible news today that Ryan is awake and talking to his family and his doctors, I decided that I would. Maybe NASCAR or someone out there can get information from watching this to help further the safety initiatives of our sport. Thanking God for protecting Ryan and thankful for all the work NASCAR and the teams have put into making these the safest race cars in the world.
After spending the day helping pit Brennan Poole's #15 for Premium Motorsports and running inside the top 10 on the final restart, I was pumped to witness my first Daytona 500 finish from pit road after 22 years watching from the stands. This was absolutely a moment in my life that I will never forget, I just wish it was for better circumstances. The sound of the #6 car impacting the wall sent a literal shockwave through us all on pit road. I'll remember last night and the way I felt leaving the track for the rest of my life.
