Today's video shares my process for a relaxing plein air session by the river. When I paint outside, I often mix watercolor and gouache, as they play so nicely together. It's almost spring, and I'm looking forward to painting outside more, and sharing it with you all!
I really want to practice painting more complex scenes like bridges, old houses, castle ruins, etc. Living in Scotland, there are plenty to choose from, but I'm waiting for the lockdown to ease up. #watercolor #gouache #pleinair
