Today's virtual bike ride begins shortly after sunrise along one of the Gold Coast's most popular morning exercise paths. Starting at the waters's edge in Biggera Waters, we then head to Southport before heading back again.
The temperature is a chilly 18C (64F) and the sun is shining after recent rains, so jump on your virtual treadmill or virtual spin bike and lets go!
