I tried plasterboarding my ceiling solo, but found DIY Youtubers are LYING to you!

Описание: Hi all, as the weather is freezing right now and our ceiling is exposed due to frozen/burst water pipes that wrecked the old plasterboard and flooded the house before we bought it, I challenge myself to install new drywall on the ceiling. THEN we can replace the missing insulation and top up the rest.

I bought a plasterboard lift and a carrier to challenge myself to install tapered 12.5mm thick 2400 x 1200mm sheets (25kg each) on it on my own, but can I do this DIY on my own without asking for help??? And is it as easy as other YouTubers tell you?

Here I expose the REALITY, what ended up being TRUE for me compared to the easy sailing YouTube video tutorials I'd watched as part of my research.

Note, for reference I'm a 5ft 4inch female. Also, the lowest point my angled drywall lift goes to is 100mm/1 metre/39 inches.
