Rather you are taught how to apply to all the companies and pray.

In this video I explain the step - by - step process to create a target list of companies. This is the first and most important step, even before you create you resume.

Once you know what industry you want to work for and what is the job profile you like to work for. Create a target list of 50 companies and the designations you want to work for in that company.

Then find someone who is working at that designation, and check their years of experience, check their previous experience. This will give you indication how to go about the job search journey.
