This is the first of three setup missions for the upcoming Mansions DLC that are well worth doing to get a $1m bonus, plus $2m off a Mansion when they are available. Head up onto the roof or head to the back of the property to clear the gang inside and it's then an all-out melee battle if you can't be bothered throwing gas canisters at the gang (which I wasn't!).
