The Careco Zoom and Carco Zoom Plus are compact mobility scooters. The Careco Zoom comes with a smaller battery box, approximately 5 inches (125mm) tall, and uses 12Ah batteries, which can be upgraded to 14Ah for increased mileage per charge.

The Careco Zoom Plus accepts 18Ah batteries, housed in a larger box approximately 7.5 inches tall (175mm), excluding the handle, which can be upgraded to 22Ah for increased mileage per charge.

This video covers the installation of these batteries within the battery box.

They both have two 12V batteries inside, which combine within the box to output 24V.

The only tools required are a Phillips screwdriver, specifically size PH1, which has a small tip; you probably have one tucked away. Just needs to be long enough to reach.
