A major demolition drive was carried out in Pipariya village of Bareilly district, where a mosque was razed to the ground using a bulldozer. The administration stated that the mosque was illegally built on government "Banjar" land (Gata No. 1474) and a legal case had been ongoing since 2008. Following a Civil Court order, the structure was removed under heavy police security, turning the village into a fortress. While SDM Pramod Kumar cited the court's decision, local residents expressed anger, claiming the mosque was 50-60 years old. Watch this ground report by Manvir Singh.
