In this Brown Bag Lecture, Dr. Mathieu offers an original interpretation distinguishing Canadian multiculturalism and Quebec interculturalism (from the perspective of political theory). The lecture and discussion touches upon Quebec Bills 21 (secularism) and 96 (reform of the Charter of the French language) and how they align with interculturalism in some ways, but clash in other ways.
