Translation:

✅ you need to get uncomfy on purpose
Yes, you can build muscle with higher reps… IF those reps are taken close to failure.
But if you’re doing the same 50lb hip thrust for 6 months and calling it “toning”… bestie that’s just cardio with vibes.
If your goal is a lean, sculpted physique:
✨ stop living in the “female-only section” like it’s a gated community
✨ make eye contact with the squat rack (it’s not going to bite)
✨ start adding weight like you actually want your body to change
You don’t need to train like a man.
