Telecallers Required

Описание: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company's products/services.
Answer incoming inquiries from customers and provide relevant information.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up on leads generated by marketing activities.
Work with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Update CRM systems with customer details and feedback.
Key Requirements:
Education: 12th pass (minimum requirement).
Previous experience as a telecaller or in customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Persuasive, with strong negotiation skills to convert leads into sales.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
