Dealing with slag and/or dross? The EdgeBreaker® 5000 MAX removes unwanted slag and dross from both sides after plasma or oxyfuel (flame) cutting—fast, efficient, and cost-effective. Thanks to innovative slag hammers crafted out of long-lasting tool steel, the machine is very robust. Thanks to the fully automated slag removal, the EdgeBreaker® 5000 MAX completes the mechanical processing of plasma and oxyfuel cut parts. Cut parts can now go directly from the cutting table into the machine for double-sided slag removal. At the same time, the machine also reduces the cost of subsequent deburring and edge rounding.
