Welcome back to our Command & Conquer Tier List series. We're gonna rank all of Soviet's infantries, vehicles, naval ships, and aircrafts based on how viable they are in the online meta of Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge. I'll also provide reasoning and a competitive analysis of why I ranked a certain unit in their corresponding spot.
Note that this tier list is NOT based on a unit's overall strength. Units here are ranked by their viability in the meta. You may see a very strong unit being ranked low on this list - That is because they do not see many uses in online competitive gameplay.
