After meeting with the fire department for training in Newport the Newport & Narragansett Bay ran BC-15 back to Melville. In this video we follow the car through Middletown and Portsmouth on the south end of the Newport Secondary. This was the first time in a few years BC-15 ran under its own power this far south.
