The A. G. Khan Education and Skills Center Tailoring Course commenced in May 2023. This video is from the 14th cohort's graduation that took place on 4/28/25, resulting in a total of 210 graduates from this female vocational skills program. Three students were recognized (as position holders) for their exceptional work. The speech was given by Shereen Khan-Amrikani, grand-niece of the late Abdullah G. Khan, while she was visiting from the United States.
This is a free 3-month long course focused on supporting women's vocational skills. Each cohort has 15 students and classes are held twice daily, in mornings and evenings. The students take the course seriously and work very hard to accomplish their goals.
