It's Halloween in Vice City, but the streets are filled with gang members who want to spill blood of other gangs, including Tommy! After finding himself near North Point Mall when the sky falls black, a mysterious fog appears and all hell breaks loose, Tommy must get home to his mansion where he will be safe...or will he? Credit to Cameron C for ideas for this video.

Start of video explains the rules, but it should be also noted that; wanted level is turned off, all gangs hate Tommy except for the Vercetti Gang, two weapons were chosen for each gang by myself, and it's eternal night and foggy (taken from the long night mod).
