Описание: Here's how to make cut hellebores last longer in the vase. The key is to let the stem mature and to wait until the seed pods are formed before cutting and placing them in a vase. If hellebores are cut when the petals and stamen are still present in the center of the sepals, then the stem requires extra conditioning. Condition young hellebore stems by make four shallow cuts along the length of the stem. Place the stems into almost boiling water for 5 seconds. Then place the stems immediately into deep, fresh clean water and allow them to condition for 12 hours.
