Mango Treats

A nutritionally healthy meal recipe that goes well with rice, chapati or even pooris and is made with a combination of different veggies and raw mango

Ingredients

Oil 1tbsp
Mustard seeds 1tsp
Green chillies 2 no
Onion 1 no
Drumstick 1 no
Curry leaves a few
Sweet potato 1 no
Chilli powder 1tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Brinjal 2 no
Salt to taste
Grated mango 1 cup

Method

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, slit green chillies, onion, drumstick, curry leaves, sweet potato and fry

Add chilli powder, turmeric and saute

Add brinjal and salt, cover the lid and allow it to cook

Now add grated mango and saute for few more minutes

Garnish with chopped coriander and serve

( Note: To make frozen mango cubes , add salt to grated mango and freeze it in small quantities)
