Hongkongers are given a heads up for a Standby Signal No. 1 around noon tomorrow, and may need to get ready to stockpile food and other resources, as super typhoon #Ragasa is slated to bring hurricane-force winds to the city on Wednesday.
The government is also on high alert, with chief secretary Eric Chan coordinating "advance preparations" for Ragasa.
