Micromanipulation Microscope 1.5 nucleus isolation

Описание: We built the first new micromanipulation force measurement microscope in two decades. Here we show an example isolation of a MEF V-/- nucleus from a live cell. We spray 0.01% Triton-X in PBS on to the cell to lysis it with the top micropipette. Next we use the bottom micropipette to recover the nucleus by short term suction and non-specific binding the micropipette.
