Cherry blossom also known as Japanese Cherry or Sakura is a flower of many trees of genus Prunus. We thought that only in Japan have this cherry blossom but no more because we have our own Palawan's Cherry Blossom.

Palawan's Cherry Blossom also knows as balayong is the Philippines very own Cherry Blossom tree that also produces light pink flowers similar to the ones in Japan. It requires full exposure to sunlight. It may start to blossom at any time between its first and third years, and it will reach its full and lavish display in five to seven years.

In this video I'll show you different ways to plant your Palawan's Cherry Blossom.
First- is by planting it directly to the soil after soaking it in the water for 24 hours.
Second- is by sprouting the seeds in a wet tissue paper after soaking it in water for 24 hours.
