Описание: "Bismillah-ir-Rahman-ir-Rahim. Assalam-o-Alaikum. I am giving you updates regarding DHA Peshawar. This is our third video specifically about commercial plots. There is a benefit in commercial that many people are not yet aware of or are hesitant to invest in because they wonder why it was 5 Crores before and what the rate is now. If we talk about 4 Marla Zone A plots, even a plot with a not-so-good location is currently 2.5 Crore, and the maximum goes up to 2.80 or 2.90 Crore. The cost of land has about 35-36 Lacs development charges. For 8 Marla, the minimum rate is 5.80 to 5.90 Crore, and maximum goes to 6.5 to 7 Crore if the location is good in Zone A. Currently, prices are at their lowest. The commercial file rate is available at 1.60 to 1.65 Crore. In 2021, 22, and 23, these were selling with 2.5 Crore profit on top of cost, totaling 5 Crore before balloting. After market crashes, prices went down. Now balloting is going to happen, so it is a golden chance to buy commercial allocation files. By paying development charges, you can earn 50 to 60 Lacs profit. In Zone B, 4 Marla rates are minimum 2.70-2.75 Crore and maximum 3 to 3.25 Crore for good locations. 8 Marla in Zone B starts from 6.50 Crore up to 8 Crore. In Prism, prices near the Northern Bypass gate are lower at 5.5 to 6.5 Crore for 8 Marla, but central locations go to 7 or 8 Crore. 4 Marla there is 2.50 to 2.70 Crore. Compared to files, there is a huge profit margin. A 4 Marla plot is minimum 2.50 Crore, while a file is 1.60 to 1.70 Crore. With 35 Lacs development charges, the total cost is around 2 Crore. I recommend investing in commercial now; if it comes in the ballot, you will get at least 40 to 50 Lacs benefit. I separated these videos for Kanal, 10 Marla, and Commercial to give details. Buy these files now so you don't regret it later. With the construction package and amnesty coming, DHA markets will boost. Currently, files are available under invoice at very low prices.
