Oats. 1/4 cup
Seedless dates 2 cups
Chopped cashewnuts. 1/2 cup
Chopped almonds. 1/2 cup
Chopped walnuts. 1/2 cup
Pumpkin seeds. 1/4 cup
Sunflower seeds. 1/4 cup
Melon seeds. 1/4 cup
Flex seeds. 1/4 cup
Sesame seeds. 1/4 cup
Raisins 1/4 cup
Black currant. 1/4 cup
Peanut butter 2 tbsp
Salt pinch
Vanilla essence. 1 tsp
Chocolate ganache. 4 tbsp
Choco chips. 2 tbsp
