This is a character swap mod I made in which I some characters on my team out and replace them with these normally unplayable and now unencounterable One-Piece Crossover Cards! Including Doflamingo and his wind-up toys. They even have their own Super Attack effects and Player Sprites too!
Haven't ever watched One Piece, but this seemed like a cool event.
This is a mod made by me with the power of the KX Dokkan application. More details can be found through searching as I'm not sure if I'm permitted to say too much! Look up KX Dokkan on Google, it's created by Kary, it's an awesome program with paid features that I'd really recommend checking out.
