File location has changed as of PATCH 0.3.3,
New Directory:
C:\Users\yourUserName\AppData\LocalLow\Pugstorm\Core Keeper\Steam\yourSteamID\worlds

MAKE SURE STEAM CLOUD SAVES ARE OFF
1. Right-click Core Keeper in library
2. Properties
3. Under General tab uncheck "Keep games saves in the Steam Cloud for Core Keeper"

Do everything else the same as in the video except now in the new file location! Cheers all :D
