This mojito recipe is based on the mojito I had in Havana Cuba many years ago.

For this virgin mango mojito you'll need...

1 large ripe mango
1 L carbonated water
1/4 cup water (to puree mango)
mint leaves
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
2 limes
1/2 cup sugar
orange peel (optional)

Add 3/4 cup white rum to make this a classic mango mojito.
