This Slow Cooker Tomato Tortellini Soup is a new favorite in our house. I love a good creamy soup any time of year. This Easy Dinner Recipe is Dump and Go and the best part it is made in the slow cooker. This soup makes a perfect dinner and the best leftovers for lunch the next day! The soup is already so flavorful but if you want to add a little bit more texture you could add crackers or a piece of bread on the side. Oh, and did I say.... This recipe is super Kid-Friendly? If you know, you know! This will be one of our go to weeknight meals from now on.

Ingredients:
1 lb Sausage
1 - 32 oz container of chicken broth
1 - 28 oz can of petite diced tomatoes
2 cans tomato soup
18 ounces of Dried Cheese Tortellini
2 - 8 oz containers of chive and onion cream cheese spread

Cook sausage until browned and drain. Pour cooked sausage into slow cooker.
Add chicken broth, tomatoes and tomato soup to slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 Hours or LOW for 6-8 Hours.
Stir cream cheese and tortellini into the Crock-Pot with the rest of the ingredients. Cover and cook 15 to 30 more minutes, or until tortellini is cooked. We chose to boil our tortellini about 10 minutes before adding it into the Slow Cooker.
