Life after COVID-19 Quarantine in China | Complex World

Описание: Despite reports that the Chinese government may have understated the numbers of its citizens infected with COVID-19, there is no doubt that people in China have been coping with the lifestyle changes required to stem the Coronavirus pandemic for longer than we have in the U.S. In this season premiere of Complex World, we speak to people in Wuhan and Shanghai to get a sense of what life will be like after months of quarantine.

As things in New York and across the U.S. get more grim, this is a hopeful glimpse of the future. We’ll hear what it’s like to finally reunite with friends, go back to work and eat out at restaurants again after 60 days of quarantine. We’ll hear what the new normal—because things certainly aren’t the same—is like for them, and get tips on how to get through the most trying days ahead.
