In this video, I cook choy sum stir fry with and oyster sauce and garlic. It’s also known as Chinese cabbage flowering. My choy sum stir fry with garlic and oyster sauce is easy, simple and delicious.
Choy Sum Stir Fry with Garlic and Oyster Sauce Recipe:
1 cup pork rinds
2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
2 TBS Thai oyster sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1 TBS cooking oil
1-2 TBS water
4-5 cups of Choy Sum
Optional:
chili pepper flakes (sprinkle on top)
1/2 tsp of sesame oil (drizzle on trop)
Directions:
Heat large skillet and warm up the pork rinds
Add chopped garlic and mix.
Add choy sum and mix.
Add oyster sauce and salt and mix.
Add water and cover with lid to steam.
Remove lid and give it one final mix and serve on a platter.
